Yea! I start her up(!) - and put my clothes on! ;0)
This means that it runs idle 2-3 minutes, until I can take the choker of.
The engine has to warm up a little, to remove stress and get the oil around in all corners.
I, and all others I know of, uses this procedure on all kinds of bikes, here in DK.
